Before Multiverse Marketing Solutions, I spent 25 years running customer care operations for large companies, managing teams, solving problems, and learning how to turn every customer interaction into a lasting connection. That experience shaped how I approach marketing — it’s not just about getting attention, it’s about building trust and delivering real value.
